WELCOME TO CALL CENTER ORACLE!

Play as a call center agent in a magical factory, looping customer concerns to the appropriate departments within the company using a rotary phone inscribed with rune symbols.

This game is an entry for GMTK 2025, based on the theme "Loop." We were initially inspired by the looping motion of rotary phones and thought it would be fun to also explore the idea of 'looping in'—as in connecting with customers. This led us to the concept of using a rotary phone in a customer service setting within a fantasy world.

INSTRUCTIONS

Click on a customer in the queue to receive their call.

Analyze the customer’s needs and identify the appropriate department using the info tab located to the left of each department.

First, input the correct department code into the phone. Then, choose one of the available employees in that department and input their code as well.

Entering the wrong code will cost you points, while entering the correct one will earn you points.

To enter the code, simply click a rune in the rotary dial and rotate it clockwise until it reaches the stopper.

Try to earn as many points as possible—the queue will speed up, and customers will become less patient as time goes on.

Miss three consecutive customer calls and the game ends.

Have fun!

Awesome game! Feels super polished and I love the art style and attention to detail. The game mechanic is very creative and pretty addicting.

Some things I noticed-- sometimes I would input a correct number and it would still say "invalid number." Maybe I'm missing something, but the runes seemed to match perfectly so idk haha. I also would love a backspace button and maybe some clearer instructions on which department handles which sorts of problems. I.e. "someone in your office enchanted my shoes to walk backwards" can either be creative resources (assuming it's like human resources?) or spell/artifact support (to help fix the shoes).

Overall great game!

Thank you so much for the feedback! Very helpful for us!
